Leadership for Performance Excellence
Leadership for Performance Excellence (LPE) aims to strengthen the ability of senior executives from nine organizations—two CCACs and seven hospitals—in the Ontario healthcare system to design and realize quality as a core business strategy. Releasing Time to Care©
Releasing Time to Care© (RTC©) aims to free up clinicians’ time on acute medical units in order to provide more direct patient care. RTC© is a licensed quality improvement program developed by the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement in England.
