Integrated Client Care in the news

Ideas and Opportunities for Bending the Health Care Cost Curve: Advice for the Government of Ontario highlights Integrated Client Care’s wound care initiative as “an excellent example of the possibilities that can be achieved through the coordinated application of leading practices.” The report was released in April, 2010, by the Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres, the Ontario Hospital Association, and the Ontario Federation of Mental Health and Addiction Programs.

TVO’s current affairs program “The Agenda with Steve Paikin” devoted a full-hour debate to ways to achieve better value for money in healthcare, the issue at the heart of the Integrated Client Care Project. Four expert panelists weighed in — Brian Golden, Steven Lewis, Dr. Danielle Martin, and Michael Decter. Watch a podcast of the April 23, 2010, program: Bending the Healthcare Cost Curve, Part Two.
